Wave Propagation in various forms: space, transmission lines, waveguides, and antennas.

To learn theories of wave propagation with waves impinging upon boundaries, waves traveling in waveguides and transmission lines, and to learn the basic theory of antennas.
To gain experience with the quantitative design of transmission lines, waveguides, and simple antennas by working numerous problems associated with these topics.
